My first year was great my lawn was impressive in the front an the back yard was coming along nicely however this year is a muck different story. We had insect infiltration throughout the property and a fungus that completely wiped the backyard out. Appointments were never kept, and the distribution of fertilizer was not uniform some areas were missed and after meeting with their field representative it was as though they ydid nothing wrong and wanted more money for the fungus treatment After what I thought was the top of the line treatment package we bought..my lawn looks horrible and they just don’t seem to care.

Staff and weekend receptionist were wonderful. Unfortunately when I called for the winterization, the woman who set up my appointment was rude and condescending. I almost hung up the phone. But like I said everyone else was wonderful and professional.
